📋 ONLINE Membership Application Process

📢 Important Note:
This process is for regular memberships only. Volunteer memberships require a separate application process and cannot be purchased online.

1. Submit Your Membership Application
📄 Download and Complete the Membership Application Form. (click link or see forms at the bottom of this page)

Email your signed application to mikewelsh@golsm.com or deliver it in person during club events.

2. Sign and Submit the Waiver
📄 Download, Sign, and Email Your Waiver (click link or see forms at the bottom of this page)

3. Checkout
💳 Choose Your Membership and Complete Payment via PayPal. (as a guest or with your account).

4. Pick Up Your Membership Card
Once your application and payment are complete, we’ll notify you when your membership card is ready for pickup. Be sure your signed waiver has been submitted or brought in—then you’ll be all set to start your archery adventure!
